I think this one might have an issue. When compiling the GHC.Internal.Types module itself, for which we'll generate these bindings, we look the Ids up. But how will the lookup find anything? We haven't defined the name at all, it won't be in scope. Now that we don't use special names for the kreps (krepStar rather than krep$* or what was it), can we define them in GHC.Internal.Types directly and get rid of all this business ExportedKindRepsTodo?
