Short emergency gitlab downtime to apply some fixes

Hi, due to the increased number of 502s caused by out of memory kills, I had to do a quick adjustment that should hopefully improve the situation. This causes the usual 5 minutes downtime of the gitlab container rebooting. Thank you for your patience. Best Magnus
