There used to be a Google spreadsheet where the acceptances were recorded. Does that still exist? Is there a new way acceptances are recorded?

This went back into review because there was still a lot of chatter on it. This chatter has completely died out after Simon PJ's input was incorporated.
I have recommended that we accept this minor modification of this proposal. I would appreciate it if everyone else on the committee would vote.
