"inplace/bin/ghc-stage1" ... -fllvm ghc-stage1: panic! (the 'impossible' happened) (GHC version 8.0.2 for powerpc-unknown-linux): LlvmCodeGen.Ppr: Cross compiling without valid target info. This change ignores -fllvm as well.
