 When parsing a nested comment, such as

 {{{#!hs
 {-
   {-  nested comment  -}
   {-# nested pragma  #-}
 -}
 }}}

 The lexer returns the comment annotation as

 {{{#!hs
 {-
   {-  nested comment
   {-# nested pragma  #
 -}
 }}}

 Restore the missing comment end markers in the annotation.
