Use the old code for `stgArgHasCafRefs` use {{{ stgIdHasCafRefs :: Id -> Bool stgIdHasCafRefs id = isGlobalId id && mayHaveCafRefs (idCafInfo id) }}} After `TidyPgm`, all top-level and imported Ids are `GlobalIds`.
