How to modify GHC internals?

Hi. <Question 1> How should I get started so I should accomplish the following? I would be most grateful for all help received. </Question 1> <Aim> To guarantee security of a Haskell program so it can be used as an applet. </Aim> <Method> Over-ride GHC's code generator to produce an assembly language that I specify.
