I'm very curious what you mean when you say "the OpenSSL specifying-method"..

The version of "openssl s_client" which I tried is 3.6. It specifies the followings in ClientHello in order. X25519MLKEM768, X25519 I guess this implements: - Hybrid algo is preferred to ECC algo. - Minimal data volume. (If a server does not handle two, HRR is used.)
