Template Haskell is now being used by a few brave souls (they have to build GHC from scratch), and I don't want to overload the Haskell mailing list with nitty-gritty discussion about the finer points of TH.
So Simon M has created a separate mailing list
template-haskell@haskell.org
i tried http://haskell.org/pipermail/template-haskell/ to see the archive of the mailing list but i get an error :((((
