[Haskell] ANNOUNCE: New Hackage release - LargeCardinalHierarchy-0.0.1

Shalom Fellow Haskellers, I just uploaded my first documented Hackage release, the LargeCardinalHierarchy.hs package. I wrote this program four years ago during my junior year of university.
