[Haskell] Dependent Types in Haskell [was: Eliminating Array Bound Checking through Non-dependent] types

There's a potentially confusing typo.

append Nil ys = Nil

should be replaced by append Nil ys = ys Thanks to Ketil for pointing this out. Martin
