announce: greencard, version 2.03

A new release of GreenCard is out, version 2.03. It is a refresh release, fixing a couple of minor bugs + updating the source code to make it work with current Haskell systems. Also new in this release is the inclusion of an example (contributed by Antony Courtney) which demonstrates how to use GreenCard together with Hugs and/or GHC on your favourite platform.
