My printed copy of the Haskell 98 report is numbered:

[snip] Er, are you sure? According to ftp://ftp.cs.yale.edu/pub/TR/LISTING TR1106 is "The Haskell 1.3 Language Version" and comes from 1996. (Earlier versions of the Haskell Report also appear with separate numbers in this listing). http://citeseer.nj.nec.com doesn't appear to know of any later print versions.
