hat-trail and hat-observe errors

Hi, I'm getting some odd errors running hat under OS X. I'm trying to work with a trivial piece of code to prove that hat is doing sensible things - which at the moment it isn't. When running hat-trail or hat-observe I get the following error: > [host-172-17-2-19:Work/Project/test] tatd100% hat-trail stupid > sh: resize: command not found > > Fail: user error > Reason: Command (resize -u) failed I originally assumed an incompatibility with my terminal (OS X's Terminal.app), but I receive the same error when using xterm (under Apple's X11 server). I've been searching source files for where they might call the resize command, but can't find it. Any help much appreciated. Thanks Tom Davie

Helo: My name is Facundo Domínguez. I am trying to install hat-2.02 with ghc-6.0.1 on an Intel machine with a Linux OS. I have troubles to get ghc to accept the code of the debugger due to some details like: * Complaining about Prelude.: instead of just : and Prelude.[] instead of just [] * Complaining about "T." prefix in definitions of the method wrapVal of class WrapVal * I got a type error when I tried to compile hatlib/Hat/Hat.hs, 274 * Finally, I got the following error message from ghc. Installing hat

I encountered a problem with installing hat with nhc98: The heap was not big enuogh to compile PreludeBasic and make aborted consequently. When I increased the heap with -M200M the compilation worked. Maybe the heap should be set like this for nhc98 generally?
