There is: http://cvs.haskell.org/Hugs/pages/users_guide/miscellaneous.html (part of the User's Guide included in the distribution) but it's fairly terse and unfortunately doesn't make clear that the Nov 2003 release switched to a Haskell 98 compliant Prelude.
