Hi Paul, We've just discovered that our web server assigns the wrong MIME type to .msi files, and that's most likely what's causing your troubles. The web server will of course be fixed, but in the meantime you might want to try the zipped installer I've also put onto the Hugs downloading page. That format should download without being correupted by line-feed translations. Then just unzip it and fire off the installer. -- Johan
