How do I get "Prelude"?

I downloaded hugs98-2001 but can't get it to run. It comes up with a "hugs" screen, but tells me that it can't find a file called "Prelude" and then quits. I searched the whole disk, but there is no "Prelude" anywhere to be found. Please advise. Steve Newberry
