I downloaded hugs98-2001 but can't get it to run. It comes up with a "hugs" screen, but tells me that it can't find a file called "Prelude" and then quits. I searched the whole disk, but there is no "Prelude" anywhere to be found. Here is the hugs screen that came up: _________________________________________ || || || || || || ||__ Hugs 98: Based on the Haskell 98 standard ||___|| ||__|| ||__|| __|| Copyright (c) 1994-2001 ||---|| ___|| World Wide Web: http://haskell.org/hugs || || Report bugs to: hugs-bugs@haskell.org || || Version: Jan 2001 beta _________________________________________ Please advise. Hi there, not sure what might be the cause, but if Prelude.hs is somehow missing from your installation, something's badly amiss. Perhaps you could try downloading the current release (Nov2002) from http://haskell.org/hugs/ and give it a go instead? --sigbjorn ----- Original Message ----- From: steve newberry To: hugs-bugs@haskell.org Sent: Thursday, January 23, 2003 18:29 Subject: How do I get "Prelude"?
