[jhc] darcs patch: introduce System.Exit and System.Cmd in base.

      Hi John,

Here's a little patch to split System into System.Exit, System.Cmd and
System.Environment.  I'm not quite clear how haskell98 works, which
still seems to provide System, but on the whole this seems to work.
