Hi, HsDNS provides an asynchronous DNS resolver on top of the GNU ADNS library. Not all options are supported, but A, MX, and PTR lookups work nicely. Courtesy of Lutz Donnerhacke <lutz@iks-jena.de>, the new 1.1 release adds support for retrieving generic RR types, CNAMEs, and for NSEC zone walking. The library's homepage is at <http://cryp.to/hsdns/>. Using "darcs get", the source code can be downloaded from the very same location. A Cabal release archive is also available at: http://cryp.to/hsdns/hsdns-1.1.tar.gz The software is released under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License. Best regards, Peter
