Make a workspace with several windows. 2. Switch away from it. 3. Switch back, with mouse positioned outside active window What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The previously active window on that workspace stays selected. This is actually deliberate I believe, and good when only the keyboard is in use, but its annoying having to move the mouse all the way outside a window and back in just to select it. When the pointer is already at my focus of attention - I expect focus to follow mouse without paying attention to the borders. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Please provide any additional information below. If this error is due to a module from XMonadContrib, please tag this issue with 'Component-Contrib' below. Attached patch for the Ssh module. It fixes an issue I was having with the "ssh <host>" command being interpreted as two different tokens by my terminal. It also adds support for specifying what username to login as defaulting to the EUID.

Which GTK-Engine do you use (if any)

Hy, for those who still use a gtk-application (like firefox and pidgin, the last remaining non-console-tools I use myself): Have you tried another GTK-Engine which looks nicer in XMonad. I know its a matter of taste, nevertheless: tell me which engine you use. I tried the Murrine-Engine, which looks nice I you get a Windowmanager like Metacity but looks "strange" in xmonad. The primary windows switches back to the original primary one, instead of the changed one. What version of the product are you using? Minimise windows?

Is there a way of minimising windows in Xmonad? I've found several times that I really miss minimising of windows. Right now e.g. I have a screen with VirtualBox (its control window and a window for a single VM) and I want to stick a browser next to the VM to follow some instructions on a web page. What I've ended up doing so far is moving the control window to a "scratch screen" so that the screen is divided evenly between the VM and the browser. However, once I'm done I'll move the browser back to the "web screen" and I'll have to move the control window back again from the "scratch screen". Are others bumping into this use case? How are you dealing with it? /M
