[Xmonad] darcs patch: Tabbed: added more configuratio options

      Hi,
this is a patch to make the look and feel of Tabbed layout's tabs similar to
the Ion3 tabs.

Hope former Ion3 users are going to enjoy.

  It is now possible to configure active and inactive border colors, and
  active and inactive text colors (i.e. tabs are now very similar to Ion3
  tabs: former Ion users may appreciate).
