[Xmonad] darcs patch: ssh-global-known-hosts

Sun Sep 9 18:24:32 EDT 2007 Brandon S Allbery KF8NH <allbery@ece.cmu.edu> * ssh-global-known-hosts Add support for global ssh known hosts file, which is checked for via $SSH_KNOWN_HOSTS or a standard list of locations. This is stripped of comments and hashed hosts, combined with the local hosts file (which is trated the same way), and duplicates eliminated.
