Maybe we should allow using slashes for specifying hierarchy. But nevertheless I think that page names shouldn't be "mnemonic", so I would, for example, use "Books and tutorials" instead of "Books".
Short and nice URLs without too many %20 are a nice thing to have. Please consider at least leaving shorter names as alternatives with redirection if you must use long names for some reason. - Einar Karttunen
