Thank you for the prompt response. As you guessed, switching browsers from Netscape to IE fixed the problem. I don't exactly understand what the problem was; but until it is fixed, a note on the website might be a good idea. Something like "Netscape Navigator does not download these files correctly. Please try using Internet Explorer." Thanks again, Daniel Herring nuntius@ku.edu
