Adding parser.c to the repo

Hi Would it be too much annoyance to add parser.c to the repo? On Windows I have to manually rebuild parser.c, which is unreliable, and means that sometimes I forget. Plus it requires an additional tool (bison) to be installed - and if you use the wrong version it works but parses a different style of Haskell! Thanks Neil

For example, given class C a where f :: a -> a instance (Eq a, C a) => C a test = f True it reported that it could not prove Eq Bool, even though this is provable in one step. M ./src/preds.c -6 +22
