Include stopEvaluatorThread

Hi, Adds the declaration of stopEvaluatorThread to Winhugs.h, which is required by error.c With this the WinHugs builds with no warnings or errors. (With 64bit portability warnings turned off). Thanks Neil

Location of visual studio WinHugs project

Hi, I'm ready to send in the WinHugs.sln files to build WinHugs with visual studio. Where would these be best placed? Under msc with the other visual studio project files? Under winhugs? They have relative paths, so let me know where is best and i'll submit them. Thanks Neil

The first bug involved an incorrect initialisation when the MRU menu was empty. The second bug caused a crash when matched up with the command history feature. WinHugs, run mode bug fix

Hi, BUG: If you load a file that fails, i.e. because of a syntax error, then the program remains in run mode with the Run button disabled and the Stop button enabled. This patch fixes this bug. Instead of relying on executing after doCommand, it traps the message pump which is restarted after longjmp. Thanks Neil
