WinHugs Installer, add uninstall icon

Hi, This patch adds an icon to the Windows Add/Remove programs dialog to uninstall winhugs. This is probably it on changes to the installer to support uninstallation. Thanks Neil

Hi, This removes an old (and not present) file from the visual studio project, it was left over from when this was a Pingus installer. Thanks Neil
